Schedules resources and automotive equipment relating to daily operations in support of a funeral home and/or care center. Ensures that adequate coverage is available and scheduled to provide a superior service to client family, while maximizing the full potential use of company human and physical resources in accordance with established budgetary standards.

An opportunity exists for a part-time dispatcher at the Vancouver personal care center.

We are the largest hub in the Greater Vancouver area with 10+ funeral homes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING

Computer skills are a necessity with the ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel This position has permanent part-time hours and the days will be Saturday, Sunday and Mondays with the requirement to fill-in for vacation and sick time for the other two permanent employees.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge,

Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of computers and some software would be an asset

High level of compassion and integrity

Good communication skills

PayThe pay rate is $25.91 per hour with increases at 6 months and 1 year.
