Key Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone inquiries and schedule patient appointments

• Perform data entry for patient registrations and billing

• Prepare examination rooms and assist during patient visits

• Maintain and organize files and supplies

• Participate in the orientation of new staff

Requirements:

• Grade 12 plus two years related experience

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• Ability to type at 35 w.p.m.

• Strong communication skills
