Support public health services in New Westminster as a Casual Administrative Support Clerk using reception and office administration skills. Fraser Health offers this opportunity within its health care services.
Under general supervision, the Administrative Support Clerk performs administrative functions for Public Health. The work includes reception, word processing, filing, mail processing, meeting coordination, client intake, and timekeeping. You will support staff, clients, families, and members of the public through organized office services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide reception services and direct incoming calls
Type correspondence, reports, documents, and informational packages
Maintain filing systems, registers, forms, and records
Process mail, faxes, reports, and courier documents
Schedule client appointments and maintain waiting lists
Requirements:
Grade 12 and approved Office Administration Certificate
One year of recent related experience or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
Ability to type 40 words per minute
Ability to use applicable software and office equipment
Bring reception, client intake, filing, and administrative support skills to Public Health services at Fraser Health in New Westminster.
