Overview

Lordco Auto Parts is Canada’s largest independently‑owned automotive parts retailer with over 100 locations across Western Canada. This full‑time, entry‑level Junior Automotive Parts Representative position is located in Burnaby – Metrotown, BC.

• Provide exceptional customer service experience.
• Recommend aftermarket auto parts and accessories using automotive knowledge.
• Collaborate with store, regional, and organizational staff to source, order, and deliver solutions for customers.
• Seize opportunities to expand automotive knowledge.
• Perform a variety of store tasks to support the team’s success.

• 0–2 years of automotive and/or sales experience preferred, or currently enrolled in a post‑secondary automotive program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner in person and over the phone.
• Basic automotive knowledge an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and able to advance automotive expertise.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.

Pay range: $19.00 – $21.00/hour, based on experience.
