Destination Honda, a recognized leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager. You will actively manage the sales floor, coach Guest Advisors, and facilitate a welcoming environment for customers. Your responsibilities will include leading training sessions, engaging with guests, and supporting the acquisition of pre-owned vehicles to meet weekly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales floor to enhance guest experiences
• Provide coaching and training to Guest Advisors
• Engage with customers for a concierge-style purchasing approach
• Oversee lead pipelines using Dealer Socket CRM tools
• Assist in the acquisition and reconditioning of pre-owned vehicles
Requirements:
• Automotive experience is required
• Strong customer service passion and skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive CRM tools
• Valid BC Driver’s License with clean abstract
