As a Parts Advisor, you'll interact with both guests and wholesale customers, ensuring their parts needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and customers
• Order and arrange parts delivery as needed
• Maintain inventory levels through data processing
• Advise on parts substitutions and modifications
• Conduct periodic inventory of the parts room
Requirements:
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Familiarity with inventory management systems
• Valid British Columbia driver’s license
• Ability to make sound decisions consistently
