As a Parts Advisor, you'll interact with both guests and wholesale customers, ensuring their parts needs are met. Your responsibilities will include ordering and arranging parts, maintaining inventory levels, and providing advice on parts substitutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and customers

• Order and arrange parts delivery as needed

• Maintain inventory levels through data processing

• Advise on parts substitutions and modifications

• Conduct periodic inventory of the parts room

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories

• Familiarity with inventory management systems

• Valid British Columbia driver’s license

• Ability to make sound decisions consistently
