• Accurately assess damage and determine vehicle repair requirements
• Coordinate repair assessments with autobody technicians
• Communicate estimates and additional services to customers
• Clarify insurance information and required customer deductibles
• Complete estimates and parts documentation to company standards

• Three years’ experience estimating within collision and repair
• Mechanical knowledge supporting accurate damage assessment
• Knowledge of insurance company processes and guidelines
• Customer service ability with effective client communication
• Proficiency in cash handling and sales techniques
