Hertz Vehicle Service Associate

Support Hertz vehicle readiness through safe driving, damage checks, and customer service. This full-time position requires outdoor work in all weather conditions.
The Full Time Service Associate prepares vehicles for customer pick-up will drive and park cars, inspect vehicles for damage, and fill gasoline while checking fluid levels. The work also includes meeting processing quotas, standardization quotas, and transporting vehicles safely within the off-airport market. You will follow company safety policies, protect company assets, and work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up
- Drive and park cars on the lot
- Check vehicles for damage and fluid levels
- Fill gasoline and transport vehicles safely
- Provide outstanding customer service
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 20 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver record
- Ability to stand for most of each shift
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
