As part of our legal team, you will be responsible for ensuring all contracts meet applicable laws while minimizing risk. Your experience in commercial management or procurement, particularly within the EU, is essential to effectively support contract negotiations and resolve potential issues. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to interpret complex contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure suppliers meet contractual obligations promptly
• Foster strong supplier and customer relationships
• Support all contract lifecycle processes
• Identify and manage contractual risks and escalations
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various jurisdictions
Requirements:
• Typically requires a Master's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience
• 3-5 years in contracts or procurement management
• Experience in international contract settings is a plus
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and French preferred
