This role is crucial for managing the post-award lifecycle of contracts across all BC Housing branches. You will participate in negotiations, facilitate contract amendments, and support procure-to-pay activities. By building collaborative relationships with partners, you will help ensure a successful procurement process and contractor performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of post-award contract lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Facilitate contract negotiations and conflict resolutions
• Assist in the development of procurement strategies
• Monitor contract performance and relationship health
Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant field
• Prior experience in public procurement and contract management
• Knowledge of multiple contract types
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
