As a Senior Product Manager at Git Lab, you'll play a pivotal role, steering the AI Software Factory's product strategy to enhance user engagement and adoption. You will engage across teams to ensure seamless integration for users and drive measurable outcomes like activation and retention. Key Responsibilities:
• Define a 12–18-month product strategy for AI software
• Own the entire adoption journey for users
• Identify user journey friction and prioritize improvements
• Set measurable outcomes for growth initiatives
• Implement a robust test-and-learn approach for product validation
Requirements:
• Extensive product management experience in B2B settings
• Proven success in product-led growth strategies
• Hands-on experience with customer research and product analytics
• Understanding of AI products and software life cycles
• Excellent cross-functional communication and technical judgment
