Analyze supply chain performance and custom feasibility workflows as a Senior Operations Associate, Biospecimens, at STEMCELL Technologies. Vancouver-based responsibilities support global product delivery.
This fixed-term contract runs approximately through December 10, 2027, within STEMCELL’s global Biospecimens operations. You will partner with external suppliers and internal teams to support pricing competitiveness, account strategy, and service delivery. Reporting and dashboards help identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve operational visibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex, high-volume custom project feasibility workflows
- Partner with suppliers to support operational project requirements
- Develop reporting and dashboards for data-driven decisions
- Identify trends and risks affecting supply chain performance
- Improve processes, reporting, and automation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related discipline
- Two to six years in cross-functional stakeholder environments
- Solid business process or product lifecycle management knowledge
- Clear communication, flexibility, and tolerance for ambiguity
- Google Suite and Microsoft Suite data analysis proficiency
