Support commission calculations and data validation as a Sales Compensation Analyst focused on accurate, timely administration and reporting activities.
This Analyst supports recurring sales compensation operations and approved plan governance requirements. You will maintain data inputs, prepare routine calculations, research exceptions, and answer stakeholder questions. More complex plan interpretation or governance issues are escalated appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:- Support recurring commission calculations and payout preparation
- Validate compensation data inputs for accuracy
- Research and track exceptions and stakeholder inquiries
- Maintain reports, data files, and documentation
- Support ICM updates, testing, and routine reporting
- Commitment to accurate, timely compensation administration

- Ability to support stakeholders with reliable information
