This Founders Associate will drive company priorities from concept through execution. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, structure ambiguous challenges, and strengthen operating processes. The work spans strategic decision-making, business operations, and an AI-powered platform transforming public sector procurement.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead two to three high-priority projects each quarter
- Coordinate supplier sourcing and AI-enabled workflow programmes
- Translate complex questions into recommendations and execution plans
- Manage leadership, board, investor, and OKR rhythms
- Integrate AI tools, agents, and automated workflows
- Three to five years in consulting or startup operations
- Experience independently managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication with executives, investors, and partners
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or MCP servers
