Location: New Westminster
Gibraltar Construction is hiring an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial tenant improvement projects across the Lower Mainland.
This role is ideal for a PM who wants end-to-end ownership- from estimating and pre-construction through delivery and close-out- with performance rewarded through a profit-based commission structure.
What you’ll do- Manage multiple commercial TI projects
- Estimate and price work
- Coordinate site teams, trades, and consultants
- Manage budgets, changes, and client relationships
- 10+ years commercial PM experience (TI preferred)
- Strong construction and sequencing knowledge
- Comfortable estimating and managing work start to finish
- Base:$70k–$90k
- Commission:$20k–$60k+ (based on project profit)
