A well-established construction firm in British Columbia is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for projects up to $4M. This full-time, on-site role requires strong leadership, coordination skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong knowledge of construction techniques and BC building standards.
