Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively devise winning bid strategies for projects

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for all project phases

• Lead estimating workshops for transparent decision-making

• Oversee material, labor, and equipment assessments

• Analyze cost variances and implement lessons learned

Requirements:

• 15+ years of commercial construction estimating

• At least 5 years with a general contractor

• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
