Chandos Project Coordinator: Infrastructure Focus

Contribute to impactful Municipal Infrastructure with Chandos as a dedicated Project Coordinator. Drive project activities while ensuring documentation and compliance across critical projects.

In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager on Water, Wastewater, and Bridges projects. A successful Project Coordinator will possess two or more years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of construction practices. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, managing project logs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all project documentation, including meeting notes

• Maintain cost reports and project status updates

• Track project logs and advise involved stakeholders

• Support trade contractor meetings and invoicing processes

• Review construction plans for adherence to codes

Requirements:

• Two years-plus of Project Coordinator experience

• Technical diploma in construction or related field

• Municipal Infrastructure experience advantageous

• Proficient in reading blueprints and field layouts

• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
