In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager on Water, Wastewater, and Bridges projects. A successful Project Coordinator will possess two or more years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of construction practices. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation, managing project logs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all project documentation, including meeting notes
• Maintain cost reports and project status updates
• Track project logs and advise involved stakeholders
• Support trade contractor meetings and invoicing processes
• Review construction plans for adherence to codes
Requirements:
• Two years-plus of Project Coordinator experience
• Technical diploma in construction or related field
• Municipal Infrastructure experience advantageous
• Proficient in reading blueprints and field layouts
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
