Position: Ventana HSE Coordinator for Construction
Drive site safety initiatives as the HSE Coordinator for Ventana. You'll focus on health, safety, and environmental measures that help exceed industry compliance standards.

This role places you at the forefront of maintaining safety for all personnel on-site. You'll coordinate the implementation of Ventana’s comprehensive HSE program, ensuring all workers are trained and hazards are effectively managed. Your expertise will facilitate a safe construction environment through tailored safety protocols and proactive evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation of the HSE Program daily

• Conduct worker safety performance evaluations

• Develop site-specific hazard assessments and safety plans

• Lead safety orientations and toolbox talks

• Ensure timely corrective actions during site inspections

Requirements:

• Construction site HSE management experience

• Advanced First Aid / OFA 3 Certification

• Knowledge of Work Safe BC regulations

• Preferred CSO or NCSO Certification

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
