Join a respected General Contractor in New Westminster as an Experienced Project Manager and Estimator focused on commercial tenant improvement projects with a hybrid work setup.
Ideal candidates will possess 3–8 years of relevant experience in project management or estimating. This role combines responsibilities in both estimating and managing projects, ensuring efficient delivery from conception to close-out. You'll also have the ability to influence key business development strategies while fostering relationships in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets and prepare detailed estimates
• Review specifications for risks and constructability issues
• Administer contracts and manage change orders
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Cultivate relationships with clients and subcontractors
Requirements:
• 3–8 years in project management or estimating
• Strong background in commercial tenant improvements
• Proven ability to manage full project life cycles
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Familiar with Procore and Microsoft Project software
