As a Millwork Estimator, you will need at least five years of experience in the field, showcasing your skills in preparing estimates and analyzing project requirements. This role requires you to engage with architects and contractors, ensuring all cost-related decisions are well-informed and accurate. Emphasis is placed on utilizing CADD software and maintaining organized records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare thorough estimates for projects

• Analyze blueprints and technical specifications

• Conduct quantity take-offs using proven procedures

• Liaise with contractors regarding cost adjustments

• Maintain directories of suppliers and contractors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in estimating

• Competent in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
