Kiewit is seeking a Civil Superintendent with at least eight years of construction experience in leadership capacities. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong project management skills while ensuring compliance with specifications and safety protocols. You will mentor civil crews, manage costs, and maintain project documentation. This role emphasizes effective communication with stakeholders, promoting a positive work culture.
