Overview
Join Stantec in Burnaby, BC as a Construction Site Engineer during night shifts for the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bring your expertise in heavy construction and water projects to support vital community needs. Stantec's Water team is seeking a full time Site Engineer or Construction Contract Administrator.
Responsibilities- Perform construction administration throughout the project period
- Coordinate field reviews and manage site instructions
- Review submittals for design and compliance accuracy
- Conduct site observations to verify project conformity
- Track construction progress and report on developments
- 5+ years in heavy construction and contract administration
- Problem-solving skills and field decision-making experience
- Civil/structural background preferred
- Effective communication skills for team collaboration
- Valid driver’s license and valuable driving record
