Position: Project Superintendent for Hi-Rise Towers
Lead construction projects as a Project Superintendent at Ventana, overseeing hi-rise towers in Greater Vancouver. Ensure quality, safety, and scheduling efficiency throughout the construction process.

Ventana is in search of a seasoned Project Superintendent to manage site operations and coordinate the project team. With over 10 years of construction supervision experience, you will handle documentation, monitor costs, and enforce contracts with sub-contractors. Your strong leadership skills will ensure effective supervision and development of site team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations on hi-rise buildings and construction projects

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and site photos

• Review contracts and resolve discrepancies with sub-contractors

• Manage project budget and monitor expenditures

• Ensure municipal and provincial inspections are completed

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in construction supervision

• Experience with hi-rise buildings and towers

• Strong people management and communication skills

• Proven ability in project execution and cost control

• Trade background preferred, with general contracting experience
