As a Construction Leader at Stantec, you will direct all construction management activities while ensuring compliance with budget, design, and safety protocols. You'll handle preconstruction services, develop Construction Management Plans, and oversee contractor coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide preconstruction services and document reviews
• Develop detailed constructability reports for cost efficiency
• Lead the creation of Construction Management Plans
• Oversee safety management and daily construction efforts
• Monitor contractor compliance and communication
Requirements:
• 15+ years of construction management experience
• Experience in high voltage and protection systems
• Proficient in managing outages and stakeholder integration
• Relevant certifications and degrees in engineering or construction management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
