As a key member of the team, you will assist the Project Manager with critical tasks, including budget management, scheduling, and obtaining necessary permits. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare permit packages and municipal applications
• Draft and issue project tender packages
• Maintain project logs, including vendor lists and RFI status
• Provide project updates and coordinate with Site Superintendents
• Support project closeout processes and documentation
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction
• Proven communication and organizational skills
• Technical Diploma or University Degree
• Capability to travel within the region
• Strong analytical and research abilities
