In this dynamic position, assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with the administration and support of municipal projects. Your expertise in managing documentation, tracking project statuses, and ensuring compliance will be crucial for project success. Make an impact in the field of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize coordination of diverse project documentation requirements
• Maintain project reporting procedures, including cost reports
• Accurately log RFIs, contract responses, and stakeholder communications
• Manage trade contractor meetings and control document processes
• Review construction plans for safety and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Two or more years as a Project Coordinator with a general contractor
• Technical diploma or relevant construction experience
• Municipal infrastructure project experience regarded as an asset
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and project management software
• Ability to travel to sites as required
