Position: Cellular Tower Foundation Foreman Role
Join Wesbell as a Foundation Foreman to oversee concrete foundations for cellular tower projects. Engage in excavation, concrete finishing, and fencing installation for complete site readiness.

Wesbell is currently hiring Foundation Foremen skilled in managing the construction of concrete foundations and access roads for telecom sites. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring a solid understanding of blueprints and extensive safety training. You will lead your team in key installations while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize blueprints for precise foundation layout

• Operate machinery like bulldozers and packers

• Perform concrete pouring and finishing tasks

• Create access roads and install necessary fencing

• Ensure personal and crew safety through inspections

Requirements:

• High school education preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction

• Relevant safety certifications like First Aid and WHMIS

• Clean driver’s abstract

• Effective team supervision and communication skills
