As the Project Manager, you will be key to the success of high-value construction projects. Collaborating with the Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities include reviewing documentation, managing budgets, and ensuring on-time completion. Your ability to foster relationships is crucial as you engage with various teams, clients, and sub-contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contracts and project specifications meticulously

• Plan daily operations and oversee construction progress

• Control costs by monitoring budget expenditures

• Negotiate contract changes and revisions effectively

• Provide training and mentorship to Project Coordinators

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in construction management

• Experience with $50 million project management

• Familiarity with commercial and multi-family construction

• Relevant post-secondary education in Construction

• Tower experience is advantageous
