Wesbell is seeking Foundation Foremen to manage the complete construction process for cellular tower foundations. This hands-on leadership role involves direct supervision of construction tasks, ensuring all work meets safety standards. Candidates with experience operating heavy machinery will find this role rewarding and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay out foundations based on project blueprints

• Manage excavation using excavators and bulldozers

• Finish concrete and supervise rebar installation

• Install temporary and permanent fencing

• Conduct safety protocols and inspections

Requirements:

• High school diploma preferred

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• First Aid/CPR and Ladder Safety training

• Valid driver's license with good abstract

• Proven supervisory and team leadership capabilities
