Project Manager for HVAC Construction

Join Enersolv as a Project Manager focusing on mechanical construction and HVAC systems. Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and compliance, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

In this key role, you will report to the Project Director and manage the complete lifecycle of mechanical construction projects. Your responsibilities will include monitoring schedules, managing subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to Enersolv standards. Your proficiency in BIM software and project management will play a crucial role in driving successful project outcomes while enhancing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage diverse construction projects

• Develop detailed project schedules and trade management

• Procure equipment and manage subcontractor relationships

• Direct staff in RFIs, cost proposals, and documentation

• Assess and control project costs and material deliveries

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in commercial HVAC, piping, and sheet metal

• Familiarity with Project Management Software

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills with a construction process background

• Capable of in-person project oversight
