Houle is seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to enhance our project execution in the Lower Mainland. Your responsibilities will include supervising site crew, ensuring safety regulation compliance, and developing robust project schedules. This position demands a balance of leadership and detailed oversight to ensure timely project completion and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct site crew members effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies

• Update Project Manager on project progress regularly

• Manage material tracking and tool handling

• Document site activities and manage day-to-day operations

Requirements:

• Red Seal Journey Electrician certification mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory electrical role

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards

• Excellent leadership and organization skills

• Familiarity with project management tools required
