Be the driving force behind scheduling as the Lead Schedule Manager, responsible for guiding planners on major infrastructure and railway projects. Ensure schedules meet project requirements and timelines.
In this role, you will coordinate the planning and scheduling functions for large projects, utilizing advanced scheduling methodologies and tools. Your leadership will enhance team performance and ensure communication with stakeholders is seamless. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments and change evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team and manage multi-project schedules
• Prepare updates and manage earned value analysis
• Liaise with site teams to verify project progress
• Implement schedule changes and monitor impacts with tools
• Perform forensic schedule analysis per industry standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management or similar
• Over 15 years of relevant scheduling experience
• Experience with large projects valued at CAD 700 million+
• Strong practical knowledge in schedule risk analysis
• Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Steelray
