What you will do:

As Site Superintendent for Healthcare projects, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction projects within healthcare spaces are completed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for management of daily operations on a construction site.
Coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule, including assisting to price projects.
Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and solve any issues that arise during construction, including resolving deficiencies and mitigating risks.
Conduct regular site inspections, maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management.
Mentor and guide field workers by modeling safe work practices and teaching the right way to complete tasks.

What makes you a great fit:

You are an experienced Site Superintendent who manages both current and future projects, including extensive renovations at universities, municipal construction, and commercial facilities.

5-10 years of construction experience, 2-5 years experience within the Healthcare sector
Demonstrated expertise in specific trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
A certification from a recognized technical institution
