Position: Norland Safety Coordinator Position
Drive safety excellence forward with Norland as a Health and Safety Coordinator in Burnaby, BC. Focus on compliance, training, and inspections to promote a culture of safety on-site.

In this permanent, full-time role, you will utilize over 5 years of health and safety expertise, particularly in construction or industrial environments. You will ensure site teams adhere to OH&S legislation and conduct regular assessments, supporting overall project safety. Your hands-on approach will enhance safety culture while working with diverse teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the safety point of contact for all site issues

• Ensure digital safety systems are utilized effectively

• Perform site inspections and assist in hazard evaluations

• Engage in incident investigations and follow-ups

• Support training and safety awareness initiatives

Requirements:

• 5 years of health and safety experience required

• NCSO certification preferred or in progress

• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations in BC

• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

• Clean BC Driver’s License required
