Lead impactful healthcare and housing projects in British Columbia as a Senior Project Manager. This hybrid position involves strategic advising and overseeing project execution from concept to delivery.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage complex construction projects while working alongside senior stakeholders and delivering high-quality public infrastructure.
Your role is crucial in facilitating client presentations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This opportunity allows you to shape project strategies and influence future infrastructure initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct healthcare and housing capital projects from planning to delivery
• Act as an advisor during the entire project lifecycle
• Oversee procurement and contractor negotiations
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
• Maintain fruitful relationships with all project stakeholders
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in capital project management
• Proven track record in healthcare and residential projects
• Relevant degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management
• Proficiency in construction methodologies and practices
• PMP certification or similar is preferred
