BELFOR Estimate Writer

Position: BELFOR Estimate Writer Opportunity
Join BELFOR (Canada) Inc. as an Estimate Writer, focusing on Xactware Software Suite tasks and comprehensive customer service. Leverage your detail orientation in a meaningful estimating role.

In this position, reporting directly to the Operations/General Manager, you will be a key part of the estimating department. The Estimate Writer will develop detailed estimates and manage database entry tasks for both residential and commercial projects. You will work with Xactimate Sketch to create accurate floor plans while meeting project timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop estimates adhering to BELFOR standards

• Create and revise floor plans in Xactimate Sketch

• Compile and enter data for construction estimates

• Update estimate status in Xactanalysis regularly

• Communicate effectively about job site conditions

Requirements:

• Experience in construction or insurance preferred

• Familiarity with Xactimate and Xactanalysis is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Valid Driver’s License for transportation needs
