We are seeking a Project Coordinator with a civil engineering degree and at least one year of experience. This integral role requires strong coordination across various project functions, supporting the Project Manager at BEL Contracting. You’ll participate in tracking health and safety, quality, procurement, and collaboration across all project areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety for all employees and subcontractors

• Coordinate project functions like health & safety and costing

• Manage utility testing and take project progress photos

• Assist with estimating and collaborate on bid processes

• Support daily reports for payroll and equipment

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering degree or related diploma

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Projects

• Valid Driver’s License for site visits

• Willingness to work occasional overtime
