Estimator Project Manager for Cabling

Become a vital part of Houle's team in Victoria as a Project Manager/Estimator for structured cabling. Oversee low voltage projects that support client needs and community goals.

In the role of Project Manager/Estimator, you will play a key role in managing structured cabling projects spanning commercial and industrial settings. A solid background in project management, along with technical knowledge of IT and low voltage systems, is necessary to succeed. This position involves responsibilities from estimating costs to ensuring safety standards are adhered to on job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate project costs for low voltage solutions

• Control overall project time, cost, and quality

• Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and contractors

• Develop and manage project timelines and budgets

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure project adherence

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in project management or estimating

• Strong knowledge of structured cabling systems required

• Necessary qualifications include high school diploma & Electrical TQ

• Experience using MS Office and Procore

• Strong attention to detail and independent work ethic
