Bison Excavation & Demolition Ltd is seeking a self-motivated Construction Helper in Burnaby, BC. This full-time role demands strong interpersonal skills and readiness for varied shifts including day and weekend work.

Join Bison Excavation & Demolition Ltd as a permanent Construction Helper.  You will assist with loading materials, erecting forms, and participating in demolition tasks. Successful candidates will need to work physically demanding roles and collaborate effectively in multiple settings. Training is provided to enhance your construction skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and transport construction materials

• Erect and dismantle forms, scaffolding, and barricades

• Mix, pour, and spread construction materials

• Assist in pipe alignment and house framing

• Maintain clean and organized construction sites

Requirements:

• Fluent in English for effective communication

• Ability to manage weights up to 50 lbs (23 kg)

• Training provided; no standard education required

• Skilled in constructing residential buildings

• Prepared for physical, repetitive tasks
