You'll analyze tender documents, solicit subcontractor pricing, and work closely with clients on clarity for proposed services. The ability to develop comprehensive project schedules and lead budgeting activities will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates and budgets with attention to detail

• Review and analyze tender documents thoroughly

• Work with clients for project clarification

• Solicit and compile pricing from subcontractors

• Develop and document effective project plans

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of estimating experience in construction

• Engineering or relevant technical education

• Onsite experience in marine/foundations is an asset

• Previous use of HeavyBID preferred

• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings
