Skilled Construction Worker - Diverse Projects & Growth

Brighter Staffing Agency is currently seeking experienced Construction Workers to join our client's team. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects with a diverse and dynamic team in different cities of the lower mainland.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery ( For those who are certfified)

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

- Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions

- Install and repair structures and fixtures, including roofs, floors, and walls

- Operate power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks

- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met

- Adhere to project specifications and quality standards

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools

- Continuously learn and improve skills to enhance job performance

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction work

- Knowledge of construction tools and equipment

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- OSHA certification is a plus
