Lead finishing work on high-rise homes with Mosaic, using construction coordination and quality-focused site leadership. Work across Burnaby and the Lower Mainland.
As an Assistant Finishing Superintendent, you help bring multi-family residential communities to life. You work closely with trades and site teams to keep construction moving, ensure safe work, and maintain Mosaic’s standards. The work requires planning, teamwork, attention to detail, and practical problem-solving.

Coordinate finishing activities across multi-family residential construction sites
Work closely with trades and site teams

Help ensure work is completed safely
Maintain standards for quality throughout finishing work
Requirements:
Experience leading concrete multi-family residential projects
Experience delivering projects from start to finish
Demonstrated record of quality, safely executed work
Excellent communication and adaptable interpersonal skills
Positive leadership, grit, and a can-do attitude
