What you will do:

As Site Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring construction projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Your

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for management ofdaily operations on aconstruction site.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and construction workers to ensure the project is progressing according to schedule including with assisting toprice projects.
Monitor work quality, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and solve any issues that arise during construction including resolving deficiencies and mitigating risks.
Conduct regular site inspections,maintain project documentation, and report progress to senior management.
You will mentor and guide field workers by modeling safe work practices and teaching the right way to complete tasks.
What makes you a great fit:  You are an experienced Site Superintendent who manages both current and future projects, including extensive renovations at universities, municipal construction, and commercial facilities. Youwill bring
5-10 years of construction experience,
Demonstratedexpertisein specific trades such as carpentry, electrical, or plumbing
Acertification from a recognized technical institution
