Junior HVAC Estimator Commercial Team

Build HVAC estimating expertise with ECCO Supply™ as a junior Estimator 2 supporting commercial projects, customer service, and project documentation. Develop technical skills while learning established ECCO processes.
As the junior estimating role within the Commercial Team, you will support senior estimators with basic take-offs, estimates, and pricing packages. The position uses drawings, blueprints, sketches, ECCO tools, CRM systems, and project trackers. Your work helps provide accurate, timely project information while supporting responsive customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete basic HVAC take-offs from drawings and sketches
- Prepare estimates, tenders, and pricing packages
- Maintain pricing records, project trackers, and documentation
- Enter quotations, contractor data, and project details
- Respond to customer inquiries and support quote follow-ups
- One to two years’ related experience preferred
- HVAC, construction, estimating, or related background
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn software
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn
