About West CrowWest Crow is a demolition and hazardous materials abatement contractor serving the Lower Mainland since 2018. We handle asbestos, lead, and mould abatement and selective demolition for general contractors, property managers, and public-sector clients. Our team is built on three values:

We're looking for a Senior Estimator to own our bid process from lead to signed contract. You'll price demolition and hazmat scopes accurately and profitably, working closely with the project coordination and operations teams to support the company's growth.
What You’ll Do- Review and qualify inbound leads against company objectives
- Analyze drawings, photos, specifications, addenda, and hazmat surveys
- Review all scopes of work, including hazmat scopes, and price them for successful completion
- Build estimates, budgets, and change orders using West Crow's proprietary metrics
- Calculate accurate labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Maintain and update unit pricing for labour, supplies, materials, and services
- Review contract terms and conditions
- Prepare project cost and timeline reports
- Coordinate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and engineers, and manage change work

- Build systems to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency
- Deliver estimates and change orders on time, and communicate professionally with clients, subs, and staff
- 5+ years of general construction estimating experience
- Working knowledge of asbestos, lead, and mould abatement scopes and WorkSafeBC requirements
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and hazmat survey reports
- Strong Excel skills; experience with estimating software or Buildertrend is an asset
- Understanding of construction contracts and change order processes
- Project management experience is highly beneficial
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids under deadline
- Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year
