About the Role

Westminster Toyota is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Part Time Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. This critical on-site role is perfect for a customer-focused individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is available to work weekend shifts. You will be responsible for managing all incoming communications and greeting our valued customers, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-line switchboard, efficiently answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Warmly greet customers upon arrival, confirm appointment details, and direct them to the correct contact person (e.g., Sales or Service staff).
  • Accurately take and promptly deliver messages to staff members.
  • Execute outgoing calls, including making appointment reminder calls to customers.
  • Perform administrative duties, including safely storing vehicle keys and related inventory documentation.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, specifically stocking inventory information into the dealership’s computer system.
  • Maintain an organized system for general office filing.
Schedule

This part-time position requires full availability on weekends:

  • Saturday: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Sunday: 11:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Flexibility to work both weekend days is essential.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role is highly preferred.
  • A friendly, professional, and clear phone manner is mandatory.
  • Reliability and promptness are non-negotiable
    ; the ability to consistently adhere to the set schedule is paramount.
  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
