As part of Clio's Account Management team, you will manage a broad portfolio of clients, including diverse law types and personas. You'll deliver key performance impacts like churn prevention, customer retention, and account expansion. This role demands proactive engagement to ensure clients maximize their Clio experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage proactively with a diverse portfolio of accounts
• Impact KPIs related to churn, adoption, and retention
• Re-engage customers by leveraging deep product knowledge
• Navigate and resolve challenging customer issues
• Share feedback with the Product team to improve offerings
Requirements:
• 2+ years in Customer Success or Support roles
• 2+ years in an account management function
• Sales experience and collaboration with sales organizations
• Interest in AI SaaS and legal tech
• Bonus:
Experience with Salesforce or generative AI tools
Utilize your customer success expertise to drive value for Clio's clients across Canada.
