Job Summary

TD Canada Trust is the frontline of TD Bank, focusing on building deep customer relationships. The Customer Experience Associate works at a branch, performing a broad range of customer service transactions and providing information and advice on services, products, and solutions.

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments according to standardized procedures.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non‑standard activities as necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals by promoting solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
  • Build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by supporting team effectiveness and personal performance development.
  • Assist the team by keeping coworkers updated on routine activity status.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements for excellence.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office and internet usage.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and detail orientation to handle multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written form.
