As a Receptionist II, your role is integral to Ritchie Bros.' operations, spanning clerical duties, customer interactions, and auction-related assistance. Utilize your skills in navigating technology and delivering superior service to support clients at various stages, from registration to post-sale follow-ups. Your proactive approach will enhance customer satisfaction during high-pressure auction times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a busy telephone switchboard for customer inquiries
• Educate customers on the auction process
• Facilitate online registration for auctions
• Resolve account issues and track customer interactions
• Provide details about upcoming and past auctions
Requirements:
• In-person customer service background required
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software
